That’s why we offer:

• Australia: Flat-rate $13 standard shipping with a free upgrade to express on all orders.
  
  
• International: Standard shipping calculated at checkout. Tracking included on all orders.
  
  
• Transparency: Any customs or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
  
  

Shipping to the US is temporarily suspended due to tariff changes. Shipping to Canada and the EU has resumed.

Because each fabric is cut to order and patterns are protected by copyright, our returns policy is strictly limited:

• Patterns: No returns permitted under copyright law.
  
  
• Templates: No returns unless a manufacturing fault is reported within 3 days (with photos).
  
  
• Fabrics & cut items: Final sale only - no refunds or exchanges, including change of mind.
