Because each fabric is cut to order and patterns are protected by copyright, our returns policy is strictly limited:

• Patterns: No returns permitted under copyright law.
  
  

• Templates: No returns unless a manufacturing fault is reported within 3 days (with photos).
  
  

• Fabrics & cut items: Final sale only - no refunds or exchanges, including change of mind.
